Sukhumvit Posted December 27, 2003 Report Share Posted December 27, 2003 Sitting here in an internet cafe in San Fernando City, La Union, reading a post in the Bored Bar when I caught a glimpse of movement out of the corner of my eye. It was a mouse. No ordinary mouse. The cheeky little blighter was crawling down the computer cable from the suspended ceiling to the back of my computer. He got off on the desk behind the monitor and disappeared. Looked around the caff at all the others, 19 including the chick who runs the place, and they're all too busy playing Ragnarok to notice. The mouse was on a table behind her investigating a plastic bag and coke bottle. I was gonna say something but didn't want to spoil her concentration as she looked like she was doing something really important. Besides she'd probably think I was a wuss.
