It's a pretty good deal, so I thought I'd pass it on. It's a 3-bedroom duplex + maid's room. Over 200 meters(not sure exactly),3 bathrooms, & private entrance in a small complex(20 total units). Nice swimming pool. It's just off Sukhumvit, soi 26, behind Orbit. About a 15 minute walk to the Emporium & Phrom Pong station in one direction, and about the same to Carrefours/Tesco-Lotus & Aree golf in the other. Very quiet location, and good for families.
