Great post!

This is the reason that if you talk to some of the "heavy hitters" of the frequent flyer ranks (500,000+/yr) they will tell you that alcohol is a no-no, loose fitting clothes are the best and get up every hour or two (at the latest) and walk/stretch..

Plus, I find that if I take a quick walk/stretch before a short nap, I will actually sleep better in the seat.
