A Note from INS

For those of you married and approaching year two of yer wifes Conditional Residnecy, please note that when you file the Petition for Removal of Conditons, the INS is running an 8 month delay for action.

Depends where the application is being filed. In some places it takes longer.

 

And there is no more INS, it's been sliced and diced into several new agencies.

Correct...I have been told that its 2 years for Cali...we in Alaska are under Nebrask so its 8 months there..

 

BTW, its just easier to say INS :)

Easier than what? 3 letters, same as CIS, the correct acronym ...

 

 

Becasue for the past 30 years of my life (including all the times I did Immi law) its been the INS, and becasue some bueracrat decides it should be different doesnt mean that I will follow his rule like a good serf ::
