Sporty,

I checked it out a few weeks ago. The B8000 price is with a one year contract only, B11,000 for anything less. Nice, new and well maintained facility, but way, way back on a sub soi. I had a moto taxi drop me off, but there were none to be found when I wanted to leave. The receptionest quoted a 20 minute wait for a taxi. I walked to the nearest main street, but that took a while.

B11,000, is this for the basic one room ? Electricity, water,etc...included?

What are some requirements in renting a place in Thailand for non Thai's?

Thanks.

I rent near On Nut, and it is very straightforward...one time photo copy of passport and visa (mine was tourist visa).. pay two months deposit and one month rent..sign a contract( written in Thai)..I had a feeling the contract was slightly dodgy but a long time down the line still nothing untoward has emerged.....
