You're working out the number of days / nights you've got in each location you may be visiting - Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Samui et al. Do you go back and find the same girl as last time who fulfils all your fantasies/fetisihes/whims & desires, or do you take a chance and try and find some new cutie to play the games that you love?? Maybe you find one girl from last time and keep her as your virtual girlfriend for your whole trip. Maybe you have a "Day-time" and "night-time" girl.
