Developments on the outskirts have been visited but not that impressed with new price value, circa 900,000 for two bed detached house. Anyone have any ideas? gregchambers Posted June 16, 2004 Author Report Share Posted June 16, 2004 Not much in the bkk based magazines, there is one Korat mag with half a dozen projects in it. Interestingly, two projects about five minutes apart - one advertises heavily and had crap single houses on it whilst the other, which does not advertise at all, was selling really nice quality houses for the same price. An eighth of a rai seems to go for 350-400,000k and a two bed single storey house for about 500,000k. This is within 10km of Nakorn not the city centre. So far, the good locations have poor houses on them and the poor locations have good houses, so prob buy the land first. Some bank auctions coming up too, so will have a look at those.
