Zaad Posted June 13, 2004 Report Share Posted June 13, 2004 Hi, An Amercian friend of mine, lives in USA and not a member here, would like to live in Europe for a year or two (preferably Italy) and needs info on the needed docs (if any) to buy a car. Does he need to have a permanent VISA, residence, job, etc etc etc..in order to pay road tax, car insurrance. I don't know exactly (no experience in this field) and am too lazy to explore the net for it. Actually no time also..anyway, any feedback would be welcomed. Thanks!
