Room in WTC/MBK area

Hey Guys-

 

Looking for a small room (for a Thai person) in the WTC / MBK area. In the general location between Rama 4 and Phetcaburi Road, from Ratchadamri to about the Rama 6 expressway. Seems to be many in the Phetcaburi area, but difficult to find a decent one. Rent about THB 5,000 plus extras. Anyone have any fresh leads in this area?

5000 there are a few

 

Try Phetburi soi 5-7. A number there

 

Also on Petburi soi 18 there is Rajtheevee Apt for 4500

 

There is Chom? apt. next to the klong near the asian hotel . about 5000. ( white building 4 stories near the bridge on phayathai )

 

Sukaa place Phetburi soi 14. has some decent roons from 8000-10000

 

Patumwan house has inside rooms for 10000.

 

You will not get a decent apt for 5000B in the main shopping area. Mostly Chula students in this area who dont give a damn where they park there BMWs and lay their heads.

 

 

Know of a few smaller ones that are unadvertized and you would never know they were apt. but extremely unlikely there will be ever any rooms opening.

 

Most of the olympic althletes stay near Rama 1 behind the National stadium. Cheap there. But expect a ton of lesbian women who have bodies tighter than nun getting up at 3am for practice. (this can be a good thing)
