eyebee Posted June 19, 2004 Report Share Posted June 19, 2004 Yep, get yourself a Thai pre-paid mobile SIM card. Will cost about 500 baht (includes 300 baht of calls). Calls to the UK then cost around 10-15 baht a minute, if my experience is anything to go by. However if you have a UK mobile, you may need to get it "chipped" or whatever the correct term is to allow it to be used on a Thai network - shouldn't cost a lot though.
