Guest Posted June 19, 2004 Report Share Posted June 19, 2004 AQUA fitness can be for kids from 3 months old.......Basically, entails kids swimming in the pool with a specilist with the primary aim at strengthening the bones .... Thats about as much details as I have, we are planning to visit a session today to see whats it like. Will post an update. Anyone done this, feedback? SB. Basically, it entails the child and 1 parent in a small pool 5 metres by 2 metres with an instructer letting and helping the child swim. The idea is that it should help; Heart Lungs Muscle building My daughter was all smiles during our brief visit so were off to buy a swimsuit for her and take her along.
