spirit_of_town_hall
There is an interesting book called "The Ravens" about airforce spotters who operated from Northern Thailand, they told the Thunderbolt bombers where to bomb in Lao. In the book it describes the airmens anguish at having to leave the Hmong people. The Hmong people distinguished themselves during battle. They suffered terribly when the Americans pulled out and much to the airmen who served with thems anger, the politicians didnt keep their promise and bring the Hmong people with them. Good to see that they will be settled . STH
