Guest
If married in Thailand to a bar girl, what is the situation with regards to visa status. Are you able to live and work in LOS, or are you still considered to be a farang with no rights? Are you able to own land, work, and own your own business? Additionally, can B/G travel to USA freely? Guest
The result is, you are a farang with no rights. It just makes it easier getting you 1 year visa. She can only travel freely to the USA IF you have obtained a visa for her from the relevant US department.
Grabii
High, Your question should be, 'If married in Thailand to a Thai woman ...' Nothing you asked about is affected by whether or not the woman is a bar girl except in the case of a US visa, and then only if you are stupid enough to allow her to state that her occupation is 'bar girl' and answer 'yes' to the question about whether she's ever engaged in prostitution.
