MadStockBroker
Does anybody know where I can get squash lessons in Bangkok? I have a squash court in my apartment block so ideally I would like someone who can give me lessons after work or at weekends. Thanks in advance, MSB
greedisgood
Dear MSB, You might try the British Club on Silom Soi 17. There was an Aussie teaching there last year do not know if he is still around. They have round robins Thurs nights and some play on Saturday and Sundays. Some good contacts there that are involved in leagues around town. In Pattaya at the Ambassador Jomtien they play every Tuesday, group of 6-8 ppl, and then you could arrange individual matches with different players. Here in CM we meet almost every night at the Gymkana Club. I have played for 25 years coaching at University level in the US & UK. I actually am teaching at summer camps now at Harvard and will be back in CM after the summer. When I get back in BKK, pasing through, I can PM you. My rates are cheap
MadStockBroker
Hi, Thanks a lot, I will contact the British Club. I have 2-3 friends and we play once a week and our standard is improving but I am still keen on lessons to prevent me from developing bad habbits that come from self teaching. Let me know when you are back in Bangkok. Regards, MSB
