Guest
I am 49 yrs, married with a thai lady and have a nonimmigrant visa from Europe (3 months). I want to extend this for another 9 months, what kind of documentation do I need when I apply to the Immigration Office? Anybody knows? Thanks! Flashermac
SS, if you are legally married (i.e. registered) to your Thai wife, and you have enough money in the bank (something like 800,000 baht) you should be able to get a one year non-immigrant visa without much trouble. It does NOT give you the right to work though. Still need a work permit for that.
