Depends on inclusions/sightseeing offered etc. Best thing to do, IMO, is jump on to airasia.com and book a cheap flight BKK-SIN-BKK (the earlier you book, the cheaper it will be). Then go to wotif.com or quickbeds.com and get some cheap accommodation. Singapore is a really user-friendly city, so easy to get out with a guidebook and explore yourselves without going on a sightseeing tour.
