Guest Posted February 11, 2002 Report Share Posted February 11, 2002 Hope someone can assist on this one.Myself and Thai wife are looking to purchase property either close to bkk or maybe Pattaya.Not with standing the problems re. ownership any board members had experience of the Thai legal system ie unforseen taxes,when payable etc and perhaps problems that arise only after taking ownership.
