I'm looking for a 'swiss ball' to buy in BKk. this is a plastic inflatable ball, available in various sizes (diametre 45 cm, 55 cm or 65 cm), used in a wide variety of stretching exercises as well as replacement of my office chair. because it requires active effort to balance while sitting on the ball, ikt strengthens essential tummy muscles, and combats back and neck problems caused by excessive computer use. Possibly available in sports and excercise shops. I normally don't frequent those, so would be very happy if somone can point me to one in BKK that stocks them. Even better, tell me what price!
