Brink15 Posted September 19, 2004 Report Share Posted September 19, 2004 I did a search for hotels in the Silom / Rama IV area and didn't see anything on the Silom City Inn. This is for someone who isn't interested in the nightlife so "guest friendly" need not apply. Basically looking for something clean and safe, preferably on Silom and not too close to Patpong. Hopefully for 1,500 Baht or less. All the places I've stayed in that area are out: Shangri La - way too expensive Dusit Thani - too expensive Pinnacle Lumpini - crappy area Niagra - shit hole Rose - shit hole in worst area for this person I saw some reviews of the Tower Inn but they basically said big rooms but generally crappy.
