Can some of the great mind out there enlighten me where are the best places to play on the Island. sayjann Posted October 6, 2004 Report Share Posted October 6, 2004 i hear of a newish place on the corner of Soi Seadragon. it seems it is a big place with large windows and ideal to play pool and watch the world go by. if you walk down Bangla from the Traffic Lights towards the Beach,Seadragon is the 1st large Soi on the Right. but i hear you can't miss the poolhall. happy hunting......... sayjann Posted October 9, 2004 Report Share Posted October 9, 2004 i remember the pool table in Sports Bar(sadly no longer there)which was the worst i have ever played on. the Baize was ripped in many places and repaired by using Sellotape and when a ball hit the tape it was anyone's guess which direction it went in...... the table was not level and to pot a ball in one corner pocket you had to aim the ball about 6 inches away from the pocket and hey presto it would roll in with a wide arc.......
