Sweet mouth Posted November 2, 2004 Author Report Share Posted November 2, 2004 Other Charges are not specified because they are too many variations to be listed; Room cleaning Options: - Daily "Hotel type" service: new sheets and towels, bed made, clean dishes and pans, everything cleaned - Weekly cleaning, with or without sheets and towels and dishes - Monthly heavy duty cleaning * Everybody comes with their own needs/requirements; * Rates vary from 150 to 300 bahts Internet: Presently 256k/128k (to be upgraded soon) * Prices vary depending on use - 30 minutes/day for email - FREE with long term stay - Unlimited - 1,500 baths/month Charges: - Water: included - Electricity: 5 bahts/Kw Deposit: - Rent is always paid in advance - Less than 6 months: 1 month deposit - More than 6 months: 2 months deposit So let me know what you need and I'll give you a (reasonnable) price.
