There's alot of good info here on condos in BKK and houses on other parts of Thailand. However I'm more interested in buying something with a substantial land component in it, such as a house or preferably a smallish commercial building, something which you could run a business from or could rent out and produce an income . I would look anywhere in the city so long as the location was good, as far north as Kasetsart. Does anyone have experience with buying land or commercial property in Bangkok? Or any good websites?
