bkkgeorge
Some of you might be interested to know that Thailand's national team plays a friendly against 3-times world champion Germany on coming Tuesday (21/12) at 6:30pm at Rajamangala stadium. Although missing all of the players still on duty with their EPL teams (Lehmann, Hitzlsperger, Volz, Huth) you can expect to see some of Germany's key players during last and next world cup. The first match on this Asian trip ended last night with a convincing 3:0 win over current Asian champion Japan with two goals from Klose and another one from Ballack. Tickets for the match in various categories range from 200 to 2,000 THB. Cheers, Bkkgeorge

Would've been company for monkey man Kahn as well. Cheers K.

bibblies
"Plays a friendly against 3-times World Champions Germany.." That's like introducing modern day Cambodia as "1-time most advanced civilisation on Earth, Cambodia.."
naughtyboy
South Korea beat the Germans 3-1 today. Thailand should have a reception for the Germans in Eden before the game. They could find it difficult to rise to the occassion for a 2nd time at short notice. ::
