Guest
You should have been here a few weeks ago when the new building on the corner of soi 7 and Sukumvit was opened - banners - flags. That building, with their nice pool out front, has drawn a lot of interesting Thai women that way. As for the building, it has an interesting touch - one has to see. shotover
The stock at Soi 7 Beergarden may have been bolstered by the recent closures of the Asok Plaza beer bars, and by some non-regulars stopping by to get some money for New Year's trips back home. Guest
Actually the building is not a cafe - it does have a cafe inside it though. The activities inside are sponsored by the Princess. The items for sale are interesting, and expensive. I suggest all falangs should check the place out. What I found interesting is that none of the employees in the building would talk to me or even make eye contact. Even thou the building is situated in the heart of the foreign section of the city, there were no foreigners inside. There were a lot of customers - all Thai. Even though the prices are high (bar of soap -70 baht), many people were buying. What they were buying was not the small things but expensive things. Check the place out and maybe have a cup of coffee.
