Argentina is quite cheap, and it is much safer than Brazil. Meat and wine alone do justify a trip... The first night I went in the microcentro, where there's a cluster of boliches. I chose Jazz, 8 to 10 girls, only one other customer. They didn't play jazz music but salsa, so soon I found myself dancing with this (average) Dominicana. After a few dances and beers and negotiation she brought me to a short-time hotel to have an (average) session. Prices : 2 beer and a lady drink, 60 AR$ (3.7 pesos to 1 Euro), girl 150 AR$ (from 300 !), Hotel 40 AR$. About 1 hour time. It's quite slow around Christmas, less customers, so many girls go back to visit the family (and apparently the cutest ones). Still I enjoyed touring the boliches around the Recoleta cemetery, finding always much more women then men. Those clubs charge an entrance, 30 to 60 pesos with drink. My favourite was Affaire, 35 AR$ giving right to 3 beers ! (I also enjoyed the relaxed athmosphere). There's a free-lance bar right in front of the cemetery, the Newport (10 AR$ a beer) with a colony of brazilian girls from Florianopolis. I went to several massage parlours in the afternoon, my favourite is Brisa Masaje (Esmeralda 847, piso 12, dept. H). Basic price is 60 AR$ for 1 hr massage with handjob. You negotiate directly with the girl to have more (40 or 50 AR$ for BJ and sex). I like this formula because it's nice to have a massage, get to know the girl, chat and feeling relaxed before having sex. Tried also a private apartment (Santa Fe 1707, dept. 3), a line up of about 8 girls, not bad at all. Standard fee is 100 AR$ for 1 hour. No massage, so I didn't really use all the hour. Very cute non-pro girls are everywhere, in cafés, bookstores, discos etc. AND in tango schools. Lots of tango schools, at any hour in the day or evening you can get a lesson, there are even a couple of specialized magazines giving all the hours and addresses.
