Long Gun Posted May 27, 2005 Report Share Posted May 27, 2005 Had Miss Universe on in the background for what seems like several days as the interminable parades drag on and on, but there are some canny bits of totty up there. Rather like Miss Netherland actually, wherever she's from .... The whole affair has been reduced to a farce by the most inept female presenter I have ever heard, Ms Fox included. She is reading off cards or a screen but she can't .... quite ..... handle ...... the big jump from one line to another, and some of those funny looking words, WTF? My favourites so far have been Miss Ireland's 'love of garlic football' and Miss Venezuela's, I think, desire to 'help the violence against women'!!!
