Guest Posted June 14, 2005 Report Share Posted June 14, 2005 Anyway back to Soi 1 plaza.Is it anywhere near the Bamboo or is that Soi 3?I can't remember Suk 1 Plaza is actually on the main road, 2 minutes stagger past the turning for soi 3, just past the footbridge. I think I only went to Bamboo once, if it's the same bar I am thinking about then it's on Soi 3, on the left hand side of the road (walking up from Sukhumvit) and on the opposite side of the road to Grace Hotel - but a few minutes walk past Grace. You walk past the Beer Bar Complex on Soi 3 which I don't think has a name (I stand to be corrected). I kinda liked these Beer Bars which is a lot smaller and quieter than Suk 1 Plaza (Perhaps "Complex" is overstating it a bit!) - but I actually preferred it last trip over Suk 1 Plaza for mid afternoon drinking.
