Guest Posted August 13, 2005 Report Share Posted August 13, 2005 Anyone has comments about it?? was there about a month ago and the situation was tensed linked to the splitting of the Tsunami Aid fund, after the President just signed the agreement and the firm belief from the muslims traders i'm dealing with there that the president would need to flee the country next year after she loses the elections. Was supposed to be there this week and anyway will have to go very soon. A little disturbed by the tensions there . Not afraid, but affects the locals' mood and hence the overall ambiance even for outsiders. Doubt it wil get better in the very near future. Your take?? any links to where I should get more input?
