passingthru69
Well CNN just reported of an out break of bird flu in Russia Said they are blocking off roads in and out of area and killing hundreds of birds. They stated not sure if it same strain that infected Asia. Any body heard any more on this?
Central Scrutinizer
Seems to be moving along a migratory path. China recently as well, now Russia. (Mongolia I heard/read in the paper the other day.) Not surprising with the mobility of birds and a habit of certain species of traveling far to escape cool weather and/or breed. It is what makes this flu so dangerous, much like SARS being spread through human travel. The world is a small place. What bothers/alarms me is the lack of controls and proper hygiene and handling in some of the countries where this is appearing now. Cent
