Bird Flu in Russia

Seems to be moving along a migratory path. China recently as well, now Russia. (Mongolia I heard/read in the paper the other day.) Not surprising with the mobility of birds and a habit of certain species of traveling far to escape cool weather and/or breed. It is what makes this flu so dangerous, much like SARS being spread through human travel. The world is a small place. What bothers/alarms me is the lack of controls and proper hygiene and handling in some of the countries where this is appearing now.
