Thats one thing about Thai girls, they seem reluctant to wear short skirts, here in London in the hot weather the place is swarming with lovely Japanese girls in skirts as short as belts. Just go buy her one! I get a real kick out of going into a fashion store here in Sydney, walking up to some middle aged sales lady and asking for her help. She is actually only 30, so I think something younger is in order. And she is a 'small' size 8 LOL The looks of horror that I get :-)) Most stores here only stock size 10 upwards.
