chilli13 Posted November 13, 2005 Report Share Posted November 13, 2005 I don't think this really is so exciting the the average LOS visitor or even resident as very few if any ever set foot in those 3 provinces Thus unregistered SIM cards that may be blocked in the south will work elsewhere in LOS - maybe a though for the next suicidebomber?
