enigma
Did Thailand ever give one-year notice to abrogate, pending completion of the FTA? Or are Amity applications still being accepted? If they are, has anyone filed for one recently? What's the minimum required capitalization? Guest
Applications are still being accepted. We do on average two applications a week. Mininum register capital is 35 Baht. This will be raised to 3 million in August 2009 for companies under Amity. If you are needing a work permit, then its 2 million Baht register capital and 1 million Baht if you are married to a Thai. Flashermac
Might be worth registering say ten companies at 35 baht each and then selling them at a bargain price of 2 million when it goes up to 3 million.
