Or maybe many Thais have deposit-secured cards? If Thailand does have bureaus, are they the same as the Big Three in the States (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) or does Thailand have their own? I sure hope Thailand doesn't become like the US, where you practically need to get a credit check just to take a crap these days. Just wonderin'...
