GE Money Bank arrives on the scene!

I noticed GE Money Bank from GE Electric also known from europe etc. as a consumer bank with good conditions as opposed to high street banks.

Here in BKK they now offer 2% interest on saving accounts & upto some 5% on fixed deposits though only for residents!

As of currently only 1 branch just like citibank etc. located at all seasons place, so interesting question might be what kind of fees is imposed on their ATM card used in other banks ATMs?
