The karaoke bars are still the same but the karaoke signs have apparently been painted over to read restaurant. Everything's open again now. The whole mess made about as much sense as Thaksin's new social order, but TIC and what's new? Check out the Cambodia boards for all the details you need. How can they possibly close the karaoke houses. There are five of them on every street in every city!! What are these people thinking??!!
