elef
Hi, not really budget hotels as they charge for the location, I've stayed in Comfort Suites Airport, old hotel worth one star and if located outside airport area the price would have been 300-400 baht + a lot of noise from the airport. elef
Thanks HN didn't know that one. Do they have a free bus to the airport as the hotel I mentioned? I don't trust that 10 min walking with heavy suitcases in temperatures around 40. I hope it's not near Dream World??? ::
Evel_Penivel
Due to an unusual set of circumstances, I once arrived in BKK at 4.00 a.m. without a prior hotel booking. I was exhausted after several days of hard travel and in desparate need of sleep. I got a room quickly at the Asia Airport Hotel. Pretty basic, but clean and cheap. They let me keep the room until 3 p.m. It has a shuttle, but I didn't use it. EP
Pescator
Hi Elef, No free bus which is hardly surprising at these rates, but they arrange transfer to the airport for 100 baht. Bit pricey considering the distance but they have to take quite a detour to get there. I usually walk, but then again I only bring handbagage. cheers hua nguu
