I keep reading about Hun Sen closing down the bars and brothels. Has this happened or is it pretty much business as usual? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I have been going to Phnom Penh since 92 and couldn't imagine what it would be like with the bars closed. I probably be back in late July to mid-August. You going to be around?
