Guest
Will be going to Phnom Pen soon. Where is the best place to change money? Staying at the Intercontinental. Is there an english phone directory where I might be able to find an attorney who speaks english?
Guest
As for changing money, I always go to the Capitol Guest House but there are money changers located all over the city. Phnom Penh just came out with a brand new phone book this month so I think that you will be able to look up an English-speaking lawyer with no problem. Guest
Doing some work for a well funded charitable foundation that focuses on donations to orphanages in Asia. They give no cash, but arrange bulk purchases of almost any needed items for distribution. There will be one foundation employee and up to 6 local hires. Issues: 1) Whether wise to create an entity in Cambodia. 2) Lease of office and warehouse space. 3) Tax implications 3) Labor law Thanks for some direction on who might best help.
