MaiLuk
This is the soi with absolut 7 bar and the un-named bar. A girl from the biergarten was telling me i should book at a hotel on that soi but i have no memory of what she said. Anyway, that soi is a good locale. Does anyone know which hotels are decent quality, i.e. a bed and clean sheets every morning? Price? Contact info? Thanks
vinod
I have seen a place next door to Absolute bar. This opened six months back or so. The place must be good given its recent opening. I have not checked this. cheers vinod
limbo
Why not use the hotel that is used by Eden, they change the sheets every hour and a half.

trooper
A friend stayed in the Best Value Inn three years ago and the room was very good for the price of 500 baht. Now the price must be near 1000
exit2dos
I looked at those 7/1 hotels. The front rooms have got to be noisy, at night, with music and screaming from the open air bars. You'd have some crazy dreams, if you could sleep.
Mentors
World Inn, ouuh i was there many years ago. shabby rooms, the desk staff had searched the key for my room for about two hours while i had to wait to enter.
MaiLuk
Why not use the hotel that is used by ****, they change the sheets every hour and a half. Limbo, don't know if you were serious since i've never been to **** nor the hotel next to it. I'm not above staying in a ST hotel I stayed in PB once, the room was huge. 500 baht per night. Would stay again but its somewhat of a walk.
MaiLuk
That siam smile link says they have free wifi. Not a cheap place though, 1200 baht. But if i can sit at the bar, eat and be connected to the office on my laptop then not a bad deal. Suppose i can do that without renting a room also.
