Is it better to stay right in Patong Beach? or perhaps in a little quieter place, like Kata, which sounds like it might be a good place to rest during the day before the evening fun begins? saucier01 Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 its all what you perfer. there are plenty of hotels right off patong beach that have the serenity you might be looking for. imho putting up with the craziness of bangla road and patong is worth it. i stayed up north at bang tao beach...sorta sucked because we spent a fortune to get where all the action was. hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
