vinod Posted December 24, 2006 Report Share Posted December 24, 2006 A mid sized property developer on the east coast in India is looking for JV partner in India to bid some the large government housing/hotel/etc., project which are in pipeline. These guys are well connected politically and all they need now is JV partner, to make to make a strong pitch for these projects. PM, if anyone has contacts in the industry and what these guys (company) is offering is very lucrative for the JV partner given that the JV partner need not invest a single penny in the projects.
