Guest
PSILVERS has arrived in LOS again........ Spent Friday and Saturday checking out my favourite drinking holes and have noticed that Clinton Plaza is not the same as I remember from last trip. Has anybody else noticed this? What happened? Doll House was nowhere near as good as a few months ago. The bar beers were kind of slow. Candy Store and White House had sort of active greeters, but inside I was not really impressed. Hollywood was having a party, which was OK. Rock Hard didn't really have enough girls. And Crack House was closed. Last I remember Crack House was a booming transvestite bar. One guy told me that the owners (same as Rock Hard) didn't like the idea of having transvestites there. If that is the case, why did they even open the place?? I personally never went there. I also saw that the bars inside were all closed. What happened to them? Is Clinton Plaza going to survive? Curious what others think about this. -PSILVERS
Guest
Right now is the slowest time of year for farang sanukers coming to BKK. A lot of bars shut down this time of year for rennovations, or for other "admin" reasons. At many other places, a lot of girls head home for the next couple of months. At my "home base" beer bar, which normally has about 20 girls working, fully half of them have returned to Surin/Buri Ram until the end of September. I doubt that Clinton Plaza will have any trouble surviving as an area, but individual bars may have normal Darwinian attrition. I was at Dollhouse Saturday night (14/7/2001), and I noticed some of the best talent missing. What I suspect is that wiser punters are buying good talent out for multiple days, realizing that talent is scarce. Moral of story: If you do find a good piece of talent this time of year, consider signing her up for longer than usual. Cheers! Guest
There were apparently a few problems with the manager of Crack House. He then got wind that they were going to get rid of him so he fired all the Khatoeys to try to screw up the owner. Silly man, he now has a shitload of Khatoeys that are going to blame him for losing their jobs.

It has nothing to do with not wanting Khatoeys.
Stickman
I was in Dollhouse on Thursday evening and thought it was much the same as other times that I have been in there i.e. pretty good. I also like Rock Hard as there are afew nice girls and the staff seem a bit more relaxed in there. But from the first or second week in August, things at Clinton may get quiet, at least from the expat customers....if you don't know why check out Stickman Weekly.
