rookie
After cruising the bars last night I was getting hungry and decided to go to the Royal Plaza [Pattaya] for some junk food. The burgers that McDuck's serves seem to be getting smaller and smaller, so I thought I'd give Burger King a try. Upon scanning the menu on the wall behind the cashiers, I stepped up and ordered a 'Whopper" and a drink. The gal looked confused...then asked me which one do I want. I again said I want a hamburger....a "Whopper". The gal then confused me by asking if I wanted a left or right handed Whopper. It was then that I noticed the poster on the wall. Burger King evidently has some new marketing campaign! According to the poster, they now offer the Whopper burger in left or right hand versions, as a marketing ploy to left-handers. The ad on the poster said, the left-handed Whopper has all the same ingredients as the original, but the condiments were rotated 180 degrees. I think American marketing has reached a new low. Weird!! Boring_Man
If you're going to do the April Fools' thing, it should at least be original. This is an old one and has been in the paper recently. Recycling is easier, though.
MooNoi
I offered a girl in Rainbow a Whopper tonight and she refused. I asked her if she was left or right handed and she just replied that she will take the money with either hand - no phom-pem!
