I have asked many girls for photos. I get about a 75%+ positive response, now that I have the routine down. I am always very friendly about it, and I hint that there will be a little extra in the tip. But, the key is that I have a digital camera. I take a nice flattering photo while the girl is still dressed, and then I show it to her. She almost always gets a big kick out of the camera and of her portrait. I also offer to email it to her, if she "does" computers. Later in the eve, I request photo shots of her in her panties, for instance, while she is watching TV or snacking. I don't take or dig beaver shots. It is kind of scummy, and I find that a photo of a (topless ) girl wearing panties conveys the fun and eroticism of the memorable eve, just fine. Flyonzewall said to be careful of Thai police reaction to a girl busting you for secret filming. I don't know if you would get into real trouble, but it seems plausible. I DO KNOW that Asian women look young for their ages, and that if some (Western cunt and/or fundamentalist Christian) Customs Agent happened upon your "art," you might get put through serious legal hell. My real protest comes when one of the persons is not a consenting adult, like a child or a enslaved prostitute. when somebody wants to be stupid, he'll get sarcasm or ridicule from me, that's it, i just like to take the piss. but there are certain pornography laws, and they do not only apply to minors. if the girl says yes, then you won't need to fear anything, customs will not screen every videotape of every tourist. but if one secretly tapes the action, which i personly think is not the right thing to do, than the women will be most definately and rightly so very pissed off. there is a definate possibility that she will call the cops and one's holiday will then take a nasty turn. and if one does not have the proper press credentials including press visa i do not see any possible excuse. i remember a few years ago some idiot making photos of a buddha amulet inserted into the vagina of a minor and giving the films for development to the local photoshop. he was locked away for a long time on triple charges, sex with a minor, pornography and insulting buddhism. which basically means, that if you take photos of some girl, make sure that the lab you bring the films does not mind. It’s not enough to be able to prove that the girl in your video/photos is actually over the age of 18. She has to look over 18 too. Scary but true. Once I get a girl back to my room I always ask if I can take a few pictures and tell the girl how beautiful she is. I start with a face shot and then show it to her. With a digital camera you get to see the picture as soon as you take it. Then I ask the girl to undress. Make it fun and joke with the girl. About 50% of the girls will let me take nude pictures of them. Pattaya, is a good place. I also have taken nude pictures of many girls from soi Cowboy. P.S. DON'T PUT THEM ON THE INTERNET!!! I would not like to see my nude picture on the web. I am sure the girls would not eather. Keep them for yourself and your own memories and enjoy. I really don't know if photos of a girl is considered pornography if she is just topless and the photos are not for resale. I would guess the thai laws is rather pridish and very old and you probably get to pay a bribe. it is a fuzzy law situation, but don't be overconfident that anything can be sorted out with a bribe. there can be many reasons attempts of bribes will bring you nowhere, lets say media attention or an official crackdown, or the amount spirals into heights which you can't pay anymore. but pictures of a barebreasted women should not bring you in any trouble, there are a few books for sale in thailands bookshops with photos of barebreasted women, also thai women, and they don't seem to be banned.
