Denarius Posted April 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 This tunnel would be located on the North American plate and not on the Pacific plate, nor near a subduction zone or plate boundary. I believe that the tunnel would just move along relative to everything else and this would not be an engineering concern.
