David99UK
On Monday reports claimed former Thailand prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who failed in a bid for Liverpool in 2004, was interested in buying City with partners from China and the Middle East. Thaksin to buy Man City? Whilst I doubt that he will ever buy an English Football Club (and hopefully not Man City), part of me would love him to.......I can just imagine the Terrace songs and chants if he ever dared to appear at a match
sayjann
let him buy the losers.......... :smirk: City will be grateful for any sort of money, even if it is a little 'tainted'. and a little off topic. the Gooners have been quiet since the sacking of Dein. i seem to recall some Gooners here laughing at the Glazers and what they will do for the Team. and one in particular has been very QUIET since Winger lost his biggest ally. SiLeakHunt
There was a robbery at Man City's new ground last night and thieves broke into the trophy room and stole everything of value. Police are reported to be looking for a man with a roll of blue carpet under his arm. Cheers
