robaus Posted September 1, 2001 Report Share Posted September 1, 2001 Discovered a new Elvis Pub just opened opposite Big C between Soi 1 and 2 last night, with a Russian Elvis impersonator doing an excellent job on the King's repertoire. Beers 50 - 65 baht. Pizza too. Can dine outdoors and join in the golden oldie karaoke. Enjoyed myself thoroughly - takes all sorts I suppose:-) Makes a change anyway. Cabaret no charge Fridays, Saturdays, Wednesdays only atm 8pm onwards. After a couple of beers, you can pop around the corner to soak up the flesh in Classroom 2, Soi 2. (what the hell.) FYI for others--If you want to get "classy" try the nearby Triangle Entertainment Lounge on the other side of the main street, sharing a parking lot with the ladyboy show.
