I'm not recommending it, but here's an example of a site that charges 1.5 Euros per day or 15 a month (kinda dear) to watch youtube in countries it's been banned: http://youtubeproxy.org/ I assume it works! I remember briefly looking out of curiosity for free proxies a while back, but didn't have much luck: dodgy Russian chaps and worse flogging their services.
