Guest Posted October 1, 2001 Report Share Posted October 1, 2001 Spotlight Bar has been ordered closed for 30 days from 28/9/01 for lewdness (girls dancing on stage with too little on for the local cops' liking - I wonder what they would make of Nana Plaza!!). The girls are now down the Beer Bars next to the Chiang Inn, Night Bazaar area. A Thai Disco,Fun Fun,(Chiang Mai Land) and Hotshots Coffee Shop (Pornping Hotel) have also been closed for 30 days for allowing under 20s to enter. I was at Spotlight recently and the girls all had bathing suits on. SOunds to me like the owner didn't offer a big enough inducement to these cops. When is somebody going to crack down on the cops?
