Advantage, when you take the money out, you do not pay tax on it. Do a search on Yahoo Finance as they had some info/articles on the pro/con of the Roth IRA. A lot to do with your age. For me, I have my Roth IRA with Ameritrade and I keep the funds in stocks. I actually day trade and thus, if (a BIG if) I do good, I can double, triple, etc the funds and don't have to pay tax!
